Winglets and mirror triangles combining performance and aesthetics

Luran® HH-120, an AMSAN (alpha-methylstyrene acrylonitrile) material with high heat resistance and improved mechanical strength – ideally suited for demanding exterior applications like winglets and mirror triangle.

Exterior automotive applications must combine performance and aesthetics.

When looking for a material for cars’ roof spoiler winglets and the mirror triangle, a major European premium vendor decided for Luran HH-120 SPF50, since it combines high heat stability, excellent UV performance, easy flow, a lower density compared to PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) and an aesthetic surface. Also suitable for window frames or pillar trims, Luran HH-120 SPF50 offers a cost-effective high-gloss finish without the need to paint.
